The following are some of the most commonly asked questions about our services.

Q. How much will the service cost me?

We cater to people from all walks of life, be it professionals, farmers, miners, pensioners or uni students. Our packages are created and adapted to each individual clients personal and financial needs.

Q. Is this a confidential services?

Yes it is, our clients confidentiality is of the utmost importance to our staff.

Q. How does it work?

You will need to register your details either on line or you can phone our offices on 1300 660 002 or 07 5536 9100. You will then speak with one of our relationship managers, who will go through our particulars form with you, once we know what you are looking for we will then asses the availibilty of suitable introductions for you. We need to know that we have enough suitable partners matching your profile before you enter into any of our memberships.

Once you have chosen to enter into one of our services, and you have been assigned a relationship manager, the fun then begins. Our relationship managers will then begin the process of providing you suitable matches, each profile will be discussed with you in depth, you will then be able to choose the first person that you would like to be introduced to.

We will then arrange the introduction for you, both yourself and the person you are being introduced to will be contacted, if possible photographs will be exchanged, this ensures both parties are aware and happy for the introduction to proceed.

Once the introduction has taken place, your relationship manager will need to obtain some feedback from you, this is a very important part of our process, it helps us asses what is and what is not working for you.

Q. Can I take part in the singles getaways?

Of course you can, you can even bring a friend, we have annual singles getaways that anyone can participate in.

Q. I have joined other agencies and the service did not work for me.

We have a lot of clients that have joined other agencies and it has not been a successful or fun journey. Our staff are here to work for you, they are here to make you happy. Please advice our staff if you have previously joined another agency, as we offer extensive discounts to people who have been unsucessful with another agency.
