How It Works

We specialise in providing you a personalised service. Your relationship manager will do an in depth analysis of what you are looking for, you will only be matched with carefully selected introductions.

A personalised search will be applied to each of your introductions, to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want. Once we have matched you with a suitable partner, we will contact you giving you an outline of the persons, personality, likes, dislikes as well as their hopes for the future, when possible photographs will be provided to you (membership conditions apply).

Once you have spoken to your potential match, we suggest having a meeting for coffee, lunch, maybe a walk on the beach, choose something where both you and your match will be relaxed and comfortable. Your relationship manager will be able to make some great first date suggestions to you, as we have spent a lot of time talking to and getting to know all our clients, we will know the things you both like to do.

We are here to provide you conversation tips, dating tips, advice on everything to assist you with your meeting.

Available to all our clients is a dating handbook. Our senior staff have put years of experience into our Hearts United Handbook, we understand that some of you may of been out of the dating game for a while now and a lot may of changed since you had your last date and to some of you it may be your first ever date, even if you are a confident person you will still find some great tips and advice in our handbook.

It is a daters survival book, with lots of do's and don'ts, conversation starters, romantic suggestions, holiday getaway ideas, tips on getting ready for your date, which restaurants and settings are best for 1st, 2nd and 3rd dates.
